Client: Mrs. Bloom — a boutique flower delivery service based in Vilnius, offering handcrafted bouquets with same-day delivery and flexible pricing. Their audience is mostly locals looking to send meaningful gifts — from casual surprises to large events like weddings.

Challenge: Before we stepped in, there was no proper landing page at all. The brand had no clear way to present itself online or explain how ordering worked. Details like bouquet sizes, pricing, and customization were scattered or unclear, making it hard for new customers to trust the process or even understand what to expect.

Approach: Our focus was on clarity, warmth, and simplicity. We wanted the website to feel like a conversation with a real florist, not just a product catalog. That meant soft, helpful language, clear sections, and a structure that walked users through the experience step-by-step: what the product is, how to order, what to expect. Every part of the page was designed to feel calm, human, and reassuring.

Collaboration: We worked closely with the founder to bring this to life — writing bouquet descriptions, shaping the layout, and refining the copy together. The communication was fast, honest, and open. From the start, we were aligned on one thing: this site had to feel personal.

What Set It Apart: This wasn’t our typical SaaS or tech project. It was our first opportunity to apply our philosophy — clear messaging, focused design, and honest copy — to a different industry. It challenged us to stay true to our principles in a new context, and showed how universal great UX and storytelling really are.

Outcome: Mrs. Bloom now has a proper landing page that builds trust, answers common customer concerns, and creates an infrastructure around the brand. Instead of scattered info or guesswork, visitors now get a smooth, guided experience that turns curiosity into real orders.
